Moving Violations And DWI Charges Dropped

The defendant was charged with several moving violations and driving while intoxicated (D.W.I.) in violation of N.J.S.A. 39:4-50. Our attorneys filed a motion to suppress, arguing that the New Jersey State Trooper failed to observe the defendant for a continuous, uninterrupted twenty-minute period of observation. The prosecutor agreed to dismiss the blood alcohol reading and all related moving violations.
