Mr. Ionno received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2002 and his B.A. in Political Science from Rowan University in 1999.  He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Mr. Ionno is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association of New Jersey and the New Jersey State and Gloucester County Bar Associations.

Mr. Ionno has handled complex civil litigation matters resulting in substantial verdicts and settlements, primarily concentrating his practice in the areas of employment discrimination, unlawful retaliation, wrongful termination and civil rights violations.  Mr. Ionno also has substantial experience handling matters at the appellate level, working on over twenty (20) appeals before New Jersey’s Appellate Division and has handled numerous matters before the New Jersey Supreme Court.
