The defendant faced an eighteen-month loss of license and thirty days in jail. Following the arguments presented by our attorneys, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the charge of leaving the scene of an accident. The defendant did not go to jail, did not receive points, and the judge did not revoke the defendant’s license. The defendant paid a fine.
