Resultado Returned To Parole Supervision
Our client was facing incarceration for violating the conditions of his parole. Despite the probation officer’s recommendation that his parole be revoked, our office was able to show the hearing official that the violations were minor, uncharacteristic, and arose due to events unlikely to reoccur. Based on our argument, our client was placed back on parole under his previous conditions and remains free to move forward with his life.
