This matter was settled pursuant to an Order Approving Settlement, signed by all parties, rather than proceeding to trial.
The petitioner sustained injuries to his knees and shoulders as a result of slipping on ice. The injuries to petitioner’s knee consisted of a torn medial meniscus. The petitioner further sustained injuries to his shoulder consisting of a torn rotator cuff.
