The moving violation of driving on public or private property to avoid a traffic sign or signal, carrying two points, was amended to N.J.S.A. 39:4-120.9 for failure to observe a traffic signal at a public or private intersection, resulting in a zero-point ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have been ticketed for violating a traffic law, you have rights.
